Mr. Habibi is the Founder and CEO of Houston-based PAS, Inc., a leading provider of software for process safety, cyber security, and asset reliability for the energy, power, and process industries worldwide. Under Eddie's leadership, PAS has experienced consistent growth as an agile organization known for its strong culture of customer focus and innovative first-to-market solutions. Eddie is a pioneer in the fields of situational awareness, ICS cyber security, knowledge retention, decision support, collaboration, and other operator-centric technologies. He coauthored The Alarm Management and The High Performance HMI Handbooks, both of which are recognized as authoritative guides for best practices in the industry.
Mr. Habibi holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Ms. Lee has decades of successful educational administration experience at campus, district, regional, and international levels. Ms. Lee is well known within the professional learning community. She possesses equally strong qualifications in all areas of campus, district, state and international instructional and curricular programs for students PK-12 grades; with an expertise in successfully building upon inherent educational theories and pedagogy which enhance the academic achievement and efficacy for all students; but specifically for students identified as at-risk and/or from culturally-diverse and linguistic backgrounds. Ms. Lee is a highly effective bilingual communicator, leader and problem- solver who builds collaborative teamwork. Proficiently skilled in ESL and ELL methodology for multilingual youth and adult learners.
Ms. Lee holds Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education/Bilingual Education/Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. Master of Science, Education Administration from The University of Houston. PhD., Education with specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
Mr. Wormley is a seasoned change leader specializing in Lean Six Sigma and quality concepts. He has successfully developed and mentored Lean Six Sigma concepts and process improvement strategies to both commercial and government clients in the areas of engineering, operations, human resources, sourcing, sales and marketing. An experienced trainer of Lean Six Sigma concepts and change management strategies, Mr. Wormley has facilitated over one hundred fifty Lean Six Sigma events (training, kaizen, value stream analysis/mapping).

Mr. Ellington is President and CEO of Ellington Management Services, Inc. As a Management Consultant, he has over 30 years of Executive Management experience.
As President of EMS, Ellington is actively involved in increasing opportunities for minority businesses to participate in economic growth. He is President of the Collective Empowerment Group of Cincinnati.
Prior to starting his own company, Gene worked for many years in various not-for-profit organizations. Most of his career has centered on helping the less fortunate. His other accomplishments include: recognition by Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati - 2004, 2005, 2006 and recipient of the Image Maker award in 2003.
Mr. Ellington earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University, and a MPA Public from Xavier University.
Jerome M. Lee
A highly educated knowledgeable Mechanical Prime Contractor Consultant, with nearly forty years in his discipline, and over thirty years of experience as an independent contractor.
Over the years Mr. Lee has undertaken and successfully performed projects both large and small. By trade Mr. Lee is a licensed Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning expert, and the owner of Lee's Heating and Cooling, Inc..
Early on after an honorable tour of duty in the US Air Force, Mr. Lee attended and graduated with BA in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Southern California; then went on to obtain MBA in Business Administration. His education and experience augments his astute leadership and consulting abilities.
Mr. Garland Burton, Jr. is the Director of Community Affairs and Diversity for BE&K Building Group. Mr. Burton is a long standing leader in the creation and implementation of successful minority business development and inclusion programs.
Combining innovative strategies with strong business development and educational resources, Burton has a distinguished record in the development of strategic business relationships and in the implementation of programs designed to expand the inclusion of diverse populations in both the public and private construction markets.
Burton’s work has been recognized through dozens of industry awards and honors and his efforts have been featured in several publications including the Journal of Blacks in Higher Education. In 2006 he was presented the University of North Carolina Chancellor’s Award — the highest award presented annually by the University.
Burton is a member of several national industry organizations and boards including; The ABC National Diversity Committee, the National Association of Minority Contractors, the N.C. Bar Association Construction Law Section / United Minority Contractors (UMCNC) Joint Committee, to name a few.
